Position: Cleaner

Pay rate: $29.70- $30

J & P Pelia Cleaning Services Limited are seeking a Cleaner to work in Auckland. This is a full-time permanent employment (minimum 32 guaranteed hours rostered between Monday to Sunday, between 6 am 6 pm). As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleaning and hygiene, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment in our clients sites.
- Perform general cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and surfaces.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Empty and dispose of trash and recycling bins.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
- Maintain and replenish supplies, such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.
- Ensure all areas are kept tidy and free of clutter.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and use cleaning chemicals appropriately.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Managing Director.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to any cleaning-related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Carry out any other duties as requested by the Gardener or Managing Director.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour, including lifting and bending.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

The pay range for this position is between $29.70per hour to $30per hour.
