The Role

This gig requires strong leadership, excellent communication and the ability to adapt and implement strategies aligned with the club's objectives. As the Club Manager, you'll be the heart of our club's success. You will oversee daily operations and ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment. You will be accountable for the overall management of the club, achieving all KPIs and effectively leading the team in creating a flawless member journey every time.

Key Responsibilities

  • You're across the numbers. You'll drive sales, member growth and engagement
  • You'll develop and implement member retention strategies to build long-term relationships
  • Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve high performance on the daily will be second nature
  • You will deliver unequalled personable service that sets us apart and ensure all members are set up correctly
  • Managing marketing efforts including local marketing campaigns, social media and promotions each month
  • You'll advocate safety and ensure all cleaning standards are upheld, security checks are completed and club maintenance is scheduled to provide the best in member experience

About You

You're passionate about fitness, driven by results, and ready to lead by example You are a:

  • Fast learner with a track record of self-learning and improvement
  • Bring past experience in management or a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • A proven ability to meet sales and marketing goals
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage with both staff and members
  • A deep commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Current First Aid & CPR certifications a plus
