Fulfilment Manager

We're looking for a Fulfilment Manager to lead and optimise our online fulfilment operations within the North Island Distribution Centre (NIDC). This is your chance to step into a pivotal role where strategy meets execution - driving continuous improvement, building strong partnerships, and keeping our fulfilment engine humming at peak performance.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing end-to-end fulfilment operations, ensuring every order meets our SLA and DIFOT targets.
• Working closely with Shift Managers to lead the day-to-day running of the online fulfilment area — from resource planning to performance delivery.
• Partnering across the business with Transport, Customer Care, IT, and our Fulfilment team at SSO to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Taking a network-wide view of fulfilment volumes to identify opportunities that balance capacity, reduce bottlenecks, and improve service levels.
• Championing continuous improvement in our systems, processes, and productivity — driving smarter, faster, more efficient ways of working.
