About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Physiotherapist with a passion for excellent patient care and developing leadership, to join our inpatient orthopaedic services at Health New Zealand / Te Whatu Ora.

This is a full-time role; in which you will be working alongside an established inter-disciplinary team providing excellent patient care to a variety of patient presentations across our varied orthopaedic services.

About the Team/Service/ Location

Te Whatu Ora Waitematā is leading the way in the Northland region in digital innovation with electronic patient notes, e-prescribing and e-vitals and have strong links with our community and outpatient services.

About you

  • New Zealand Professional Registration and valid APC
  • 2+years of recent inpatient orthopaedic experience
  • Ability to lead, support and mentor/supervise junior staff
  • Experience with student supervision
  • Strong clinical assessment skills, great communication and fast thinking.
