Cybertify in New Zealand
Cybertify Limited is headquartered in Auckland and represents our Asia-Pacific hub.
You'll collaborate with Australian leadership while helping expand Cybertify's presence across New Zealand. All roles comply with New Zealand's employment and privacy laws, including the Employment Relations Act 2000 and Privacy Act 2020.
The Role
Cybertify is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer capable of defining and elevating our visual identity across all public-facing and internal communications.
You will work directly with the CEO to transform complex cybersecurity and compliance concepts into powerful, precise, and visually world-class outputs.
This is a hands-on execution and brand leadership role — suited to a perfectionist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standards consulting environment and can translate vision into timeless, modern design.
Key Deliverables- Complete brand identity design from scratch for new ventures and rebrands, including logos, iconography, typography, colour systems, and brand guidelines.
- Executive-grade PDF publications, threat intelligence reports, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, Essential Eight, CPS 234, SOC 2, etc.).
- Animated and motion assets for Cybertify's website, including scroll-triggered animations, Lottie sequences, and visual storytelling components.
- High-end B2B sales collateral, capability statements, and PowerPoint decks for enterprise and government audiences.
- Cohesive sub-brand identities for future Cybertify divisions, platforms, and products — ensuring consistent architecture across the brand ecosystem.
- Internal materials: training decks, report templates, proposal templates, and branded documentation systems.
- Corporate templates for Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Visual direction and asset curation for Cybertify's LinkedIn and public presence.
- Serve as the visual custodian of the Cybertify brand — maintaining a consistent, modern, and premium aesthetic across all design outputs.
- Lead the creative execution for all enterprise and government-facing communications with board-level polish.
- Develop and maintain Cybertify's digital design system, ensuring seamless alignment across print, web, and motion.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO on all brand strategy, design direction, and creative decision-making.
- Oversee art direction for photography, videography, and imagery to maintain visual tone and brand cohesion.
- Manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment where speed and precision are non-negotiable.
- Maintain disciplined file structure, version control, and organised creative libraries across Notion, Drive, and Adobe systems.
- Ensure all creative outputs reinforce Cybertify's position as a compliance-first, elite cybersecurity brand.
Must-Have Skills
Core Tools & Expertise
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Proficiency with Notion, Monday, and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with emerging tools (e.g. Figma, Runway, Spline, Midjourney, LottieFiles) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience creating full brand identities and rebrands for startups or professional services firms.
- Expertise in PowerPoint template and Word letterhead design with exceptional attention to hierarchy, spacing, and grid-based systems.
- Strong capability in motion design and animated assets for digital environments.
- Advanced editorial design skills for whitepapers, research reports, and long-form publications.
- Deep understanding of digital design systems, typography, and responsive layout for web and mobile.
- Experience collaborating with developers to ensure visual and motion fidelity across digital platforms.
- Aesthetic maturity, minimalism, and visual taste suitable for a premium consulting brand.
- File discipline: clean, structured, and delivery-ready assets every time.
The Candidate
We want a Senior Graphic Designer who is:
- A perfectionist with uncompromising standards who never settles for "good enough."
- Fast, efficient, and capable of producing executive-level polish under time pressure.

- Experienced in consulting, enterprise, or government communications (preferred).
- Able to interpret strategic goals visually and communicate them with clarity and impact.
- Passionate about building a modern, globally competitive brand from the ground up.
This Role Is Not For
- Canva-dependent freelancers.
- Print-only designers without digital or motion portfolios.
- Designers unable to follow structured brand systems.
- Anyone lacking experience with enterprise-level B2B design.
Application Requirements
Applications must include a portfolio showcasing:

Applications without a portfolio will not be considered. Only candidates demonstrating brand alignment, precision, and execution capability will proceed to interview.
All applicants must include the full, direct URL to their online portfolio in plain text. Do not embed the link, as embedded links may not open reliably in SEEK or PDF format. The URL must be clearly visible so it can be copied and accessed without issue.
