New year, new opportunity We are seeking someone who is available to start with us in early January — ideally between 8–15 January 2026.

We are looking for a reliable and capable Warehouse Storeperson to join our team at Zephyr Electrical Products. This is a hands-on, physical role suited to someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in keeping a warehouse running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

The work can become fast-paced and high-pressure at times — if you enjoy deadlines, staying focused, and working as part of a team to hit targets, this could be an excellent fit for you.

You will be responsible for the accurate flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched to our customers on time. The role involves being on your feet for most of the day, along with regular moderate to heavy lifting, forklift operation, and general manual handling.

As a small business, you will be the primary person responsible for all warehouse activity — so organisation, reliability, and attention to detail are essential.


Key Responsibilities
Outwards Goods
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time
  • Ensure all items are well presented and correctly labelled before shipping
Inwards Goods
  • Receive, check, and document all incoming shipments
  • Unload goods using a forklift (where required)
  • Identify, report, and follow up on any discrepancies or damages
Stock Management
  • Maintain accurate stock levels
  • Rotate stock to ensure first-in, first-out (FIFO) flow
  • Keep warehouse shelves organized, tidy, and clearly labelled
Warehouse Maintenance
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow health & safety practices at all times
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and packaging supplies are kept in order
General Operations
  • Operate forklift safely and efficiently
  • Assist with basic inventory and order processing using our computer systems
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse processes

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is comfortable being on their feet throughout the day
  • Can safely complete regular moderate to heavy lifting
  • Works well in fast-paced, deadline-driven periods
  • Is reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
  • Is organised, tidy, and able to manage their own workflow
  • Is comfortable using basic computer systems for order and stock processing
  • Can work independently and take ownership of their area

Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous warehouse or storeperson experience preferred
  • A valid forklift licence is required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
