The Opportunity

We're looking for a Technical Training Advisor to join our Training Solutions team within Gallagher Security. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, learning, and communication. You'll leverage your deep Gallagher product expertise to help shape, review, and improve learning materials that support our customers, partners, and internal teams worldwide.

As the bridge between product development, learning design, and training delivery, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our training content is technically accurate, engaging, and easy to understand. You'll also support trainers and learners through our training systems - helping ensure a seamless learning experience across the globe.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Use your deep Gallagher Security product knowledge to support the creation of accurate, engaging learning content
  • Review and refine learning materials to ensure technical accuracy, clarity, and simplicity
  • Transform complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand copy and engaging training modules
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, product teams, and regional trainers to ensure learning materials meet global standards
  • Test new product releases to inform updates to training content and simulators
  • Support trainers and learners with queries related to training systems and content delivery
  • Assist with marking online courses and providing constructive feedback to trainees
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying content gaps and suggesting innovative learning solutions

The Fit

We're looking for someone who brings a strong technical understanding of Gallagher Security solutions and a natural ability to simplify complex information. You'll thrive on collaboration, detail, and making a real impact on how people learn.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Gallagher Command Centre and Security hardware, or a similar technical product environment
  • Relevant qualification or proven experience in a technical, product-focused role
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical information simply and clearly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in a technical helpdesk, customer service, or training support role
  • Strong understanding of IS networking and device troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Agile principles and practices
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams
