With a deep connection to growers across the country, we grow, pack, market, sell, and distribute fresh produce from our own orchards and farms, as well as from over 1,200 local growers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborating with your team to look after a customer portfolio across Bay of Plenty, working with key account and trade customers.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from growers to retailers and foodservice operators.
  • Handling challenging discussions with confidence, creating win-win outcomes.
  • Growing sales to maximize market share.
  • Creating and implementing product promotional programs.
  • Traveling across the region to connect with growers and customers.
  • Using your market knowledge to actively identify and pursue new business opportunities.

About You:

We're open to diverse backgrounds and transferrable skills - experience in FMCG, customer service, or produce is a plus but not essential. What matters most is your attitude and approach.
