This is apart-time position working a minimum of30rostered hours per week. Flexibility is needed as work can consist of late nights and weekends.

As a Chef de Partie you will play a pivotal role in the running of the kitchen:

• Dive into the creative process of crafting a diverse range of menu items
• Elevate every dish to perfection, ensuring they meet the highest standards
• Inspire and mentor your teammates, sharing your culinary expertise and techniques
• Champion food safety like a pro, following the kitchen's top-notch Food Safety & Compliance Protocol (FCP)
• Work closely with our kitchen team to enhance and perfect menu items, contributing your culinary expertise
