New Zealand Licensed Immigration Adviser

We are seeking a Licensed Immigration Adviser with extensive expertise in New Zealand visa pathways, particularly Business and Investor visas, Work visas, and International Student-to-Residency pathways. This role is well-suited for a proactive, professional individual with a strong passion for guiding clients towards successful migration and investment outcomes.

About the Role

This position offers flexibility and a supportive working environment. You will serve a diverse client base, including business investors, skilled professionals, and international students planning their long-term residence in New Zealand.

A primary responsibility involves establishing and maintaining a professional network of business investors and introducing them to appropriate investment and business opportunities within New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current immigration advice in accordance with the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act.
  • Manage comprehensive casework for business, investor, work, and student migration pathways.
  • Develop and sustain a network of business investors, advising on investment options, business introductions, and market insights.
  • Conduct webinars, one-on-one Zoom consultations, and online information sessions.
  • Travel internationally two to three times annually for client meetings, networking events, and recruitment activities.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a solutions-oriented, proactive approach.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation, adhere to immigration procedures, and ensure compliance at all times.
Skills & Experience
  • Current Immigration Advisers Authority (IAA) Licence.
  • Thorough knowledge of Business and Investor visas, Work visas, and student-to-residency pathways.
  • Strong understanding of New Zealand's business environment and investment prospects, or a willingness to learn rapidly.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to ethical service.
  • MARA registration is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
