Mō te tūnga | About our Role:

We are looking for a an experienced Receptionist to join our busy and friendly team.  As the welcoming face of our Cancer Care Centre you will deliver exceptional customer service to our patients and clinical team as you greet and triage patient enquiries, confirm bookings, monitor and process correspondence, receipt payments and do the myriad important administrative tasks that keep the clinic professionally running and presented.  In this role you are integral to ensuring our patients receive well-coordinated care.  It's a role where you know everything you do is important.

This is a fixed term part time role to cover a period of parental leave within the team.  The term is expected to run until mid-January 2027 with an immediate start available.  Hours are from 10am-2pm Monday to Friday.

You will be an experienced receptionist preferably with administration experience in the health sector.  You will also be:

  • Committed to the provision of service excellence.
  • Able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Well organised with the flexibility to adapt to daily changing priorities
  • Knowledge of MOSAIQ patient management system and TRAK would be an advantage.
