Weka Online is growing, and we're looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Business Development Manager to join our team at our Hamilton office.

This is an exciting graduate-friendly role with full training provided. You'll gain hands-on experience in business development, technology solutions, client engagement, and international markets. As your career develops, you will have opportunities to travel with the business to Australia, the United States, and Europe.

About the Role

As a Junior BDM, you will support the growth of Weka Online by engaging with potential clients, preparing proposals, and learning how to convert leads into long-term customers. You'll work closely with our management and sales team, receiving structured training and mentoring to build your career in business development.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Engage with prospective customers and help identify their needs
  • Learn and assist with sales presentations and software demonstrations
  • Prepare proposals and follow-up communication with potential clients
  • Record customer interactions and updates in our CRM
  • Support the wider sales team with market research and business development initiatives
  • Work towards developing your own pipeline and client relationships over time
