BHJ New Zealand is based in Whanganui with approximately 40 employees.  We are a petfood ingredients supplier and our mission is to be the first choice for petfood customers. Currently 65% of what we produce is exported.

Role Overview

In the initial phase, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of all tasks related to the products manufactured at our BHJ Whanganui site.

Support & Development

You will work closely with Managing Directors and senior leaders across the business, gaining hands-on experience in procurement and sales processes while receiving guidance and mentorship to accelerate your professional growth.

Travel & Relocation

The role offers opportunities to travel to both domestic and international client sites. After completing a 6–12 month induction period, you will have the chance to relocate to one of BHJ's overseas sites, further broadening your global career pathway.

About you

  • You are in your final year of study or have graduated within the past 12 months.
  • You hold a formal qualification (Bachelor's degree or higher) in Agribusiness, Supply Chain, or Food Marketing.
  • You have a strong understanding of farming practices
  • You are flexible, willing to travel internationally, and open to relocating to one of BHJ's global sites following a 6–12 month induction program.
