Architectural Graduate/CAD Technician

Are you an experienced Architectural Graduate or CAD Technician looking for a full time position in the south island town of Timaru?

You will have;

• Completed your Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree, New Zealand Certificate of Draughting, or a similar qualification, and be working towards registration or LBP3
• Strong Revit 3D modelling, ACC experience, and proficiency in construction documentation and presentation documents
• A sound understanding of the New Zealand construction industry and building regulations
• A keen design eye and attention to detail
• Self-motivation and a willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills and professional experience
• A current full New Zealand driver's license

This role is ideal for someone with at least 4 years' post masters or LBP2 work experience in a New Zealand architectural practice.
