We're working with a respected architectural practice in Timaru, a coastal South Island town known for its relaxed pace, heritage buildings and seaside lifestyle. They're seeking an experienced Architectural Graduate or CAD Technician to join their team.

About the role

You'll be involved across all stages of projects, from design and documentation through to delivery.

The role suits someone confident in Revit, technically strong, and passionate about creating functional, well-detailed architecture.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor or Master of Architecture, NZ Certificate of Draughting, or similar qualification
  • Working towards registration or LBP3
  • 4+ years' experience in a NZ architectural practice (post-masters or LBP2)
  • Strong 3D modelling (Revit), construction documentation, and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of NZ building codes and regulations
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Current full NZ driver's licence
