This is a full time position for a medical receptionist who is energetic, well presented with good communication skills who is highly organised and can work autonomously.

Receptionist experience required

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones
  • Reception duties
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Processing accounts, i.e. invoicing/payments
  • General office duties
  • Preparing clinic files
  • Liaising with Patient Co-ordinators for triaging of referrals
  • Some Admin duties

Monday-Friday
