They're seeking an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to join our team. This is a pivotal role focused on shaping our people strategy, enhancing organisational capability, and fostering a culture of growth and engagement. You will work closely with senior leaders to design and implement initiatives that support talent development, leadership capability, and organisational effectiveness.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 32 hours per week (0.8 FTE), based in Ellerslie, commencing January 2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver organisational development strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and implement leadership development programmes and succession planning frameworks.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and culture.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to leaders and high-potential employees to support career growth and capability building.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify capability gaps and create targeted solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of OD programmes, ensuring continuous improvement.

About You

  • Proven experience in organisational development, talent management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to influence at all levels and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
