You'll ensure the site runs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality, coordinating subtrades, managing materials, maintaining strong communication, and keeping accurate records throughout each build.
Key responsibilities include:
• Ensuring all Health & Safety requirements are met, including reporting and documentation.
• Coordinating trades and materials efficiently and safely.
• Communicating effectively with PMs, Architects, Engineers, and build representatives.
• Leading site meetings, tracking actions, and maintaining progress updates in our in-house system.
• Completing QA checks at key project stages, tracking and resolving any issues.
• Preparing the site for upcoming trades and ensuring quality standards are achieved.
• Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
You'll be an organised, proactive leader who takes pride in delivering quality projects and supporting your team to succeed.
You will bring:

• A current LBP certification.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills.
