About Us:

Trident Electrical and Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced HVAC technician / AC installer to join our growing team. You'll be working on a variety of residential and commercial installs and repairs across Auckland, with our HQ based in Wairau Valley.

We're a solid team that values quality workmanship, reliability, and good customer service. If you're a skilled HVAC technician who takes pride in their work, able to work both independently and as part of a team, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete jobs to a high standard
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant safety and industry regulations

You Must Have:

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • A top-notch work ethic and attention to detail
  • Great communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Full driver's license (must be able to drive manual)
  • Permanent rights to work in NZ
