About the Role

Trident Electrical and Air Conditioning is looking for a motivated HVAC Apprentice to join our growing team.

You'll gain hands-on experience working alongside skilled technicians on a variety of residential and commercial installations, maintenance, and repair projects across Auckland.

We're a tight-knit, down-to-earth team that values quality workmanship, reliability, and great customer service. If you're keen to learn, willing to work hard, and want to build a long-term career in the air conditioning industry, we'll give you the training and support to become one of the best in the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the installation, servicing, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
  • Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot faults under supervision.
  • Follow instructions and work safely as part of a professional team.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Interact politely and professionally with clients and represent Trident well on site.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and industry regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong work ethic and genuine interest in HVAC / electrical trades.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills through both on-the-job and formal training.
  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • NZ residency or valid work rights.
