- Complete preventative maintenance as part of our Total Preventative Maintenance program (TPM)
- Use our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to record your work accurately
- Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis to prevent repeat problems
- Support the upkeep of our site services and quality systems including ISO 9001
- Raise and respond to safety observations and ensure all work puts health and safety first
- Communicate and collaborate with teams across the site
- Look for opportunities to improve processes, systems, and equipment reliability
What you will bring
We are looking for someone who has:
- A Level 4 Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance or engineering role
- Strong mechanical skills including fitting and turning, welding, pneumatics, hydraulics, and safe use of power tools
- Experience with LEAN principles and Root Cause Corrective Action methods
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn digital systems
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with different teams
- Experience using SolidWorks or other CAD tools
Who you are
You will thrive in this role if you are:
- Hands-on and proactive
- Someone who enjoys solving problems
- A team player who collaborates well
- Adaptable when priorities shift
- Safety-focused, reliable, and committed to doing quality work
