About the Role:

We are looking for a Production/Plant Engineer to oversee and optimize manufacturing processes and plant operations. You will ensure that production runs efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively, while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and improve plant operations and production processes.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Implement efficiency, cost-saving, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of machinery and equipment.
  • Work closely with production teams, engineers, and management to optimize output.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare reports for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
  • Experience in manufacturing, plant operations, or industrial engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of production systems, equipment maintenance, and process optimization.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical and operational issues.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and team collaboration skills.
