With a strong heritage of innovation and quality, we are looking for a capable and driven Procurement & Planning CoordinatorAbout the RoleReporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will manage purchasing activities, maintain strong supplier relationships, and coordinate production planning to ensure materials and components are available on time and in full. Your work will directly support operational efficiency, cost control, and customer service performance.Key Responsibilities· Coordinate purchasing activities, place purchase orders and follow through to delivery.· Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and stock forecasts to maintain optimal supply.· Maintain and develop strong supplier relationships within New Zealand and overseas.· Support production planning by placing manufacturing orders and aligning these to material availability with manufacturing schedules.· Analyse supply chain data to identify risks, shortages, and improvement opportunities.· Assist with continuous improvement projects across procurement, planning, and inventory management.· Collaborate with operations, production, sales, and export teams, ensuring excellent service delivery· Maintain a high focus on supporting a DIFOT target of >99%· Ensure all procurement activities follow company policies and meet quality expectations.About YouYou are a practical, action-oriented person, who thrives in a manufacturing environment.
