We're looking for a Digital & Design Producer. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and marketing.

You'll help bring ideas to life across websites, socials, campaigns, and branded content, supporting a wide range of projects from concept through to execution.

This role combines creative production, light technical implementation, and digital campaign coordination and implementation. You'll be hands on across multiple areas including website updates and e-commerce tweaks, designing social content, email campaigns, and ad creative.

This role will also grow to include tasks around SEO/SEM, performance marketing and martech so experience or a willingness to learn is a big plus.

What you'll do

  • Manage and update websites and e-commerce platforms, ensuring content and visuals stay fresh and on brand
  • Produce digital creative across social channels, EDMs, and online advertising
  • Assist in applying and maintaining brand systems across a variety of touchpoints eg digital, print, and environmental
  • Assist in supporting paid media activity including setup, scheduling, reporting, and testing
  • Work collaboratively with creative and strategy to execute campaigns
  • Support broader marketing projects including concept development through to asset delivery and implementation

What you'll bring

  • A creative mindset backed by practical production skills
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)
  • Proven design skills
  • Experience or confidence in managing website content via CMS platforms (Shopify, WebFlow, Wix, Squarespace, etc.)
  • An eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • A proactive, solutions driven attitude and a willingness to learn across disciplines
