About the Role:

Join a high-performing consulting team that works closely with public sector clients to strengthen risk, assurance, and governance frameworks. This role plays a critical part in enabling transformation and performance improvement through deep insight and practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead risk reviews, internal audits, and consulting engagements across diverse sectors.
  • Deliver tailored recommendations to optimise business processes, systems, and controls.
  • Use data analytics to identify risk patterns and strengthen control environments.
  • Supervise and mentor junior consultants, contributing to their development and success.
  • Contribute to business growth by developing proposals, thought leadership, and client relationships.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in risk and assurance or internal audit, ideally in consulting or the public sector.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability in report writing and stakeholder engagement.
  • Skilled in planning, project delivery, and navigating complex environments.
  • Confident working with ambiguity and resolving challenges through collaboration and research.
  • Leadership capability with a passion for growing others and delivering quality outcomes.
  • Commercially savvy with a keen interest in supporting public value creation.
