Let's Talk About The Role And Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications, systems, or platforms.
  • Analysis and Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders and systems analysts to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and design software solutions that meet those needs.
  • Code Review: Review code written by other developers to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and overall quality. I
  • Participate in crisis management and recovery for high-priority incidents in production.
  • Participate in high-level estimation and resource planning.
  • Coordinate among multiple stakeholders from internal and external systems to perform end-to-end solutions which should be customer-centric, and align to Bank's vision & enterprise solution guidelines.

Let's Talk About Your Capability And Experience

  • 7 + years of hands-on experience in VisionPlus issuing and/or acquiring.
  • Hands-on experience in VisionPlus development and production batch support
  • Good understanding of VisionPlus batch and online architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with VisionPlus modules i.e. CMS, FAS, TRAMS, SSC, LTS and/or MBS.
  • Conduct Production Support - manage incidents, problem records, tracking SLAs
  • A good understanding of Agile methodology and hands-on experience in JIRA and Confluence tools.
  • Added advantage of having Schemes (Visa, MasterCard & UPI) issuing and acquiring knowledge.
  • Added advantage of having card personalization and PIN Management knowledge.
  • Added advantage of having Endeavor, TRAMS AG, SAS, Control M, and Control D tools knowledge.
  • Added advantage of having an understanding of the Cloud and having industry certifications for AWS, GCP, and Azure.
