The role
Based in Whangārei, this is a role for someone passionate about customer service, inventory management, and the automotive industry You'll be the go-to person for parts support, handling enquiries from both internal teams and external customers, identifying and sourcing parts, managing stock levels, and helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

You'll also support sales and workshop teams, help manage supplier relationships, and keep processes running efficiently, all while maintaining a high standard of service. No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to play a vital part in the success of a busy, fast-paced branch.


Skills and experience required

  • Previous experience in automotive parts is required
  • Excellent communication and teamwork
  • Confidence working with inventory systems and catalogues
  • Solid organisational and time management abilities
  • A full NZ driver's licence and current eligibility to work in New Zealand
