The Opportunity:

Are you an experienced stores professional with a passion for logistics, procurement, and customer service? Join our Rentals NZ team as a Stores person and play a key role in ensuring our stores are stocked, efficient, and ready to deliver outstanding service, in a permanent full time capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate purchasing systems and processes in line with industry best practice

  • Maintain accurate inventory control and generate timely purchase orders

  • Monitor and manage stock levels, including urgent orders and returns

  • Execute receiving and dispatching of stock, ensuring all items are correctly tracked

  • Negotiate with suppliers and ensure products meet business and fleet requirements

  • Support branch staff and contribute to skills development

  • Uphold company policies, health & safety, and thl brand standards

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a store's environment (ideally 10+ years)

  • Strong procurement, purchasing, and parts management background

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Stock planning and vehicle knowledge

  • Process improvement mindset and ability to think outside the box

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Self-driven, methodical, and focused on service delivery

  • Great interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for thl brands
