Corporate Lawyer

My client is seeking an experienced lawyer to join a high-performing in-house legal team during a period of transformation and regulatory change. This is a hands-on advisory role spanning corporate, regulatory, technology, and commercial matters.
About the role:
- Provide expert corporate and regulatory advice across a variety of critical business areas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation to influence decision-making and support strategic initiatives.
- Support the business through periods of transformation, regulatory change, and complex legal challenges.
- Apply your advisory and regulatory experience to add value and drive outcomes aligned with organisational goals.
About you:
- 4+ years PQE at a reputable law firm; in-house experience is an advantage.
- Regulatory advisory experience preferred; experience in financial services or corporate law is a plus.
- Strong expertise in commercial contract review.
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
