About the role:
As a Retail Coordinator you will hold a unique and varied position in the Repco store. Using your creative ability, you will help decide on product placement & promotions, merchandising & store presentation, while also being an integral part of the customer service team and assisting customers on the shop floor. As a fun and energetic team member your role includes product placement, merchandising, ensuring the store is kept well stocked and tidy alongside providing fantastic customer service. Specific duties include:
- Leading by example by providing friendly and accurate advice to our customers
- Maintaining branch standards, in particular merchandising standards, planogram changes and in store promotions
- Ensuring a high store presentation standard
- Assisting with branch stock levels and ensuring the shop floor is well stocked
- Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home
- This role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
Who we're looking for
Previous retail experience is essential for this role, ideally within a similar position that involved merchandising and exposure to the automotive industry or automotive products. Your strong customer service skills combined with an automotive interest or experience will help you connect with our customers and assist in driving sales and store presentation. We are looking for:
- Previous retail experience, ideally with exposure to merchandising and automotive products or related experience
- A creative mind for product placement and store presentation
- A friendly and positive attitude with great communication skills
- High attention to detail and a stickler for having a tidy store
