Group Fitness Personal Trainer

Are you a qualified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people feel strong, confident, and connected? We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced trainer to join our close-knit, family-oriented studio

About the Role:

This role is all about delivering a personal training experience in a group environment. You'll be running group fitness classes that are welcoming, supportive, and inclusive for people of all fitness levels. We provide the structure — you bring the energy, encouragement, and expertise.

Must be available for early morning shifts (starting at 5am), at least twice per week.

Class hours and schedule vary week to week around other staff leave and plans with a collaborative shift system, but a minimum of two 5am starting times would be required so only apply if you're a morning person.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading fun, safe, and structured group classes with a focus on individual care.
  • Modifying exercises on the fly to meet different fitness levels, injuries, or limitations.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and helping them reach their personal goals.
  • Creating a warm, friendly atmosphere where everyone feels supported and welcome.
  • Bringing your energy, reliability, and professionalism to every class.
What We're Looking For:
  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent).
  • experience in personal training or group fitness preferred.
  • A confident, open, and approachable personality.
  • Ability to follow a pre-set class structure.
  • Passion for connecting with people and building community.
  • A commitment to providing a high-quality, personalized fitness experience.
