Our client is looking for a temporary Warehouse Assistant to join their current team.  This is a dayshift temporary role for a manufacturing plant based in Christchurch.

Your duties will include:

  • Achieve set daily warehouse tasks
  • Loading and unloading trucks with a forklift
  • Picking, packing, and dispatching orders
  • Maintaining an efficient and tidy warehouse
  • Must be able to lift up to 25kgs
  • Helping in paint mixing room (training provided)

The successful applicant will have:

  • Warehouse pick/packing experience
  • A current forklift license is a must
  • Physically fit
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Attention to detail, can think quantitatively and notice defects and errors quickly
  • Demonstrating verbal and written communication skills
  • Can do attitude and able to learn things quickly
