We now have an excellent opportunity at our Christchurch Branch for a full time or part time permanent warehouse Storeman/Warehouse assistant.

**A high level of Physical fitness is essential as heavy lifting is involved in this role.**

This position focuses on all aspects of stock handling including picking & packing orders, goods receipt, devanning containers and stock management. This role will also involve administration such as managing courier labels, managing our seconds and assisting customers with their pick ups.

We are looking for a person with proven reliability and the right attitude and preferably will have:

- The role requires heavy lifting constantly, so good physical fitness and
- reach truck skills (preferred not essential)
- A high degree of accuracy and detail.
- Computer and administrative skills
- Good communication skills.
- Common sense and initiative.
- The ability to multi-task in a busy and sometimes demanding environment.
- A positive, 'can do' attitude and adaptable approach
- keeping the showroom well stocked and tidy as well as various administrative duties.
- The ability to work under pressure and organize your workload to meet deadlines

Our Operating hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday & 10am to 3pm on Saturday and Sunday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Permanent

**Salary**: $23 - $25.00 per hour depending on the experience.
