Christchurch Central, New Zealand Adecco New Zealand Full time NZ$50,000 - NZ$70,000 per year

We're looking for reliable Machine Operators to join our Christchurch team. In this role, you'll support the safe and efficient operation of machinery within our production facility.

What we offer:

  • Day and night shifts available: fixed 8 or 12 hour shifts or rotation between day, afternoon, and night shifts
  • On-the-job training
  • Supportive team environment
  • Temporary positions with potential to go permanent.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and willingness to work assigned shifts
  • Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery
  • Performing routine checks and basic mechanical adjustments
  • Ensuring consistent product quality and accurate measurements
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work area
