Auckland CBD, New Zealand Healthwise Personnel Full time NZ$45,000 - NZ$60,000 per year

Waste Orderlies play an essential and important role in keeping the hospital running smoothly.  This position requires someone with a full NZ drivers license to drive a truck around the hospital grounds and will be a position with fulltime hours 7am - 3pm , Monday to Friday with some possible overtime hours on the weekend when available.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Removal of waste
  • Moving of bins around the hospital to designated work areas
  • Washing of used bins
  • Waste type include general waste, medical waste and recycling

IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Full NZ drivers license
  • No police record
  • A high level of physical fitness – this role requires moving & lifting heavy equipment & being on feet all day
  • Flexibility as extra shifts may sometimes be available
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week
