ICT Technician/System Administrator

Mount Albert Grammar School is one of New Zealand's top secondary schools, based in Mount Albert, Auckland and we are seeking an experienced ICT Systems Administrator to join us.

The role is full time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, from 8am – 4pm.

Key responsibilities include:

·       Setup, configuration and maintenance of all device management systems and devices using Jamf Pro and Microsoft InTune.

·       Diagnose and troubleshoot errors and issues with different eco-systems including Apple, Microsoft, Android and Chrome.

·       Assist and support staff and students with ICT needs as required.

The successful applicant will:

· have exceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship skills

· enjoy working with people

· have good problem-solving skills

· be flexible, reliable and efficient

· be a team player.

· be familiar with Jamf Pro, Apple and Microsoft operating systems and products in order to assist staff and students in their use.
