About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Architectural Qualified Builder to join our team in Queenstown. This role offers a variety of carpentry opportunities, including work on high-end architectural builds, residential homes, and commercial projects. You'll be part of a skilled construction crew dedicated to delivering top-quality craftsmanship and premium finishes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Working on renovation, restoration, and architectural builds to a high standard.
  • Reading and interpreting plans, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
  • Measuring, cutting, and assembling timber and materials for floors, walls, roofs, and custom features.
  • Installing doors, windows, cabinetry, and bespoke fixtures to architectural designs.
  • Repairing and maintaining existing structures including decks and outdoor spaces.
  • Collaborating with other trades to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years' carpentry experience (qualification preferred, but strong trade-standard skillset essential).
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality carpentry work, particularly in architectural or residential projects.
  • Confident using hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Solid understanding of construction plans and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Full driver's licence and reliable transport required.
