iMIX is a fast-growing company, compounding chemotherapy treatment for patients across New Zealand. We are part of the Canopy Healthcare Group, comprising 22 diagnostic clinics, 8 oncology clinics, a private breast surgical and diagnostic centre, making us the largest North Island diagnostic provider and the largest private medical oncology provider in New Zealand.

We are looking to welcome an Operations Assistant to our Christchurch based team..

Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Inwards Goods Management – receive all incoming goods, perform first and second checks and manage the process to maintain inventory control.
  • Stock Control & Warehouse – transfer stock into the cleanroom, maintain stock levels and rotation, keep the warehouse tidy and implement weekly stock checks
  • Dispatch Operations – accurately execute dispatch, performing first and second checks, and lead the dispatch process when needed.
  • Cleanroom Operations & Quality Assurance – prepare and maintain the cleanroom in line with GMP standards  and complete all required documentation and checks for compounded products.
  • Health & Safety Compliance – follow all safety procedures, use PPE correctly, and report hazards or incidents.
About you:

You may have experience in stores, warehousing, or cleanroom environments (full training provided). Experience in a regulated industry like pharmaceutical, food, or beverage manufacturing is highly regarded. You have:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both stock control and cleanroom tasks
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
  • Competency with Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
  • A reliable, organised, and proactive approach to work
  • The ability to lift and move stock between locations
