Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled
Java Technical Lead
to provide technical leadership and hands-on development expertise across complex enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in
Microservices architecture, Spring Boot, API integrations
, and modern software design principles.

As a Tech Lead, you will guide a team of developers, contribute to architecture and design decisions, ensure best practices in coding and delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using
    Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
    .
  • Architect and implement integration solutions using
    REST APIs, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.), and event-driven architecture
    .
  • Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and DevOps engineers to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in software engineering.
  • Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and automated build processes.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization across services.
  • Participate in technical design sessions and solutioning discussions.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide sustainable resolutions.

Technical Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years
    of software development experience, with at least
    3+ years in a technical leadership role
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    Java 8+
    ,
    Spring Boot
    ,
    Spring Cloud
    , and
    Microservices architecture
    .
  • Experience with
    API design and integration
    (RESTful, JSON, SOAP).
  • Hands-on experience with
    containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
    and
    Cloud platforms
    (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of
    integration frameworks
    (Apache Camel, MuleSoft, or similar) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with
    relational and NoSQL databases
    (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of
    DevOps, CI/CD
    , and modern build tools (Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Git).
  • Experience working in
    Agile/Scrum
    environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
