Cheeky Kiwi Travel is one of Aotearoa's leading small-group tour operators, offering premium day trips and multi-day adventures across New Zealand. We're now looking for a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to grow our hotel partnerships in Auckland.

What's the role?

Hotels are a key sales channel for us – and you'll be the friendly face making sure they know and love our tours.

You'll build and maintain relationships with hotel concierges, front desks, and guest service teams to ensure Cheeky Kiwi is top-of-mind when guests ask, "What should we do tomorrow?"

This is a fully commission-based role – you choose your hours, your effort, and ultimately, your income. The more tours you help sell, the more you earn. Simple as that.

What you'll do:
  • Visit and build relationships with Auckland hotels and accommodation providers
  • Promote Cheeky Kiwi's tours, keeping hotel staff updated and excited about what we offer
  • Identify new partnership opportunities
  • Provide great service and communication to ensure ongoing bookings and loyalty
What we're looking for:
  • Confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people
  • Previous hotel, tourism, or sales experience (especially in Auckland)
  • Self-driven, reliable, and results-focused
  • Someone who loves travel and wants to be part of a fun, fast-growing Kiwi company
