The opportunity:

Play a central role in lifting Skyline's finance technology capability through a programme of ERP projects and improvements. You'll be the connection between finance and technology, leading discovery, requirements gathering, and design. You'll translate business needs into clear specifications, and help standardise processes across our businesses globally.

About the role:

  • Own end-to-end delivery for finance systems — from initiation to adoption.
  • Scope and implement D365 FinOps.
  • Map P2P, O2C, R2R; writing user stories and translating needs into clear technical specs, maintaining a live roadmap.
  • Lead UAT (plans, scripts), cutover, training, and change/adoption activities.
  • Improve data models, master data governance, and reporting/insights
  • Manage partners/vendors.
  • In consultation with the Finance leadership team, drive continuous improvement.

What you'll bring:

  • Demonstratable experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Systems Accountant or similar position operating inside a finance function.
  • Hands-on ERP delivery experience, D365 FinOps ideal; Oracle/SAP/NetSuite/AX also considered.
  • Strong grasp of accounting processes and finance system design/controls.
  • Proven experience in implementations, integrations, upgrades, UAT, and training/change.
  • Confident stakeholder manager; clear communicator across Finance, Tech, and operations.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., CA) preferred but not essential.
