Concierge - Full Time

Responsible for:

The Concierge is a vital first impression and ongoing presence within the well established environment. As an ambassador of the brand, the Concierge ensures every guest is welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and the attention to detail reflective of a customer service focused environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Greet all clients and visitors in line with company standards, ensuring a seamless transition from arrival to handover with Sales Associates or Appointment Holder.
• Monitor appointments and client-to-staff ratios on arrival to maintain a smooth and premium in-store customer experience.
• Offer and serve refreshments, maintain cleanliness, and ensure the refreshment, sales and meeting areas are well presented and stocked.
• Provide a comfortable waiting environment, manage wait-time expectations, and respond professionally to general enquiries.
• Maintain an attentive presence at the entrance and support customers through the security doors on arrival or departure.
• Support and provide backup for the sales and customer service teams to ensure every customer whether it be in person, via email or on the phone is provided the same exceptional service the business is well known for.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• Successful completion of secondary school, ideally with a relevant diploma or certificate.
• Ideally you will be from a Concierge or Customer Service focused role with a minimum of 2 years of experience within a professional face to face environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Impeccable professional presentation and an understanding of exclusive service etiquette.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to relate to internal and external customers.
• Computer literate with strong administration skills.
• Must be residing in NZ with residency as sponsorship is not available.
• This position is full time onsite Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5pm
