As our Stockroom Assistant you'll provide day-to-day oversight of the store’s stockroom. You’ll also play a key role in achieving store KPI’s as well as delivering an unbeatable client experience.

**Key Expectations**:

- Create a fun, energetic environment for our customers
- Monitoring stock levels
- Inventory control
- Sorting through stock when indents are delivered
- Consistently perform to operational and merchandising standards
- Partner with teammates on tasks processes and product flow opportunities
- Ensure product knowledge of footwear, apparel and accessories
- Support superior standards around store cleanliness and store safety
- Acts in accordance with store policies and procedures at all times

**Essential Skills Attributes**:

- 1-2 + years' retail experience in a busy, retail environment - preferably in stockroom
- Must be able to perform all retail floor functions including standing for extended periods, climb ladders, stocking and retrieving merchandise, and unloading shipments
- Able to communicate clearly (written and verbal) with employees and customers
- Can maintain merchandising standards to maximize sales
- Is a team player and leads by example
- Has experience in stock control procedures and inventory management
