In addition to the above you will:
Operate the grader with skill and precision across our pavement construction projects.
Interpret plans and specs to deliver exceptional results.
Carry out daily equipment checks and basic maintenance.
Team up with supervisors and crew to meet project goals and deadlines.

We're looking for someone with:
Full Class 1 driver's licence, WTR and Class 2 endorsements (essential).
Experience with machine control for graders.
Solid experience as a grader operator in civil infrastructure.
Safety-first attitude and keen attention to detail.
A "get stuck in" approach, reliability, and genuine pride in a job well done.
