In addition to the above you will:  

• Operate the grader with skill and precision across our pavement construction projects.

• Interpret plans and specs to deliver exceptional results.

• Carry out daily equipment checks and basic maintenance.

• Team up with supervisors and crew to meet project goals and deadlines.

We're looking for someone with:

• Full Class 1 driver's licence, WTR and Class 2 endorsements (essential).

• Experience with machine control for graders.

• Solid experience as a grader operator in civil infrastructure.

• Safety-first attitude and keen attention to detail.

• A "get stuck in" approach, reliability, and genuine pride in a job well done.
