Are you a Civil Estimator who brings analytical precision, practical field insight, and commercial awareness to every project? This Hamilton-based role offers the chance to influence key civil infrastructure outcomes across the Waikato.

You'll join an experienced commercial team delivering essential roading and civil projects. In this role, you'll take ownership of tender preparation analysing drawings, pricing methodologies, engaging suppliers, and crafting competitive bids.

You'll also work closely with the project team, reviewing lessons learned and market conditions to produce smarter, well-informed, winning estimates.

What You'll Bring

  • 2-3+ years of civil estimating experience
  • Strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, pavements, and roading
  • Meticulous, analytical approach with strong numerical accuracy
  • Ability to prepare reliable, risk-aware, commercially sound estimates
  • Experience with CCS Candy, Benchmark, and Microsoft Project
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with NZS 3910:2013
