What you'll do:

  • Carry out scheduled servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs
  • Perform accurate fault-finding and diagnostics
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer-focused service
  • Maintain a strong commitment to health and safety best practices
  • Contribute positively to our workshop culture and team success

What you'll bring:

  • Relevant automotive trade qualifications
  • A current Warrant of Fitness (WOF) / AVI certificate
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability with attention to detail
  • A proactive "fix it right the first time" approach
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Previous franchise or dealership experience would be an advantage
