Assistant to the Executive Assistant

We are looking for an organised, fast-paced and highly capable Assistant to support our Executive Assistant across a wide range of administration and coordination tasks.
In this role, you'll help with day-to-day admin, document writing, scheduling meetings, managing accommodation advertising and bookings, preparing consent documentation, and keeping workflows running smoothly. No two days will be the same - you must thrive in a busy environment, switch tasks at a moment's notice, and maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional Microsoft Office skills
- Strong writing, formatting and communication ability
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Fast learner who can adapt quickly and handle changing priorities
- Previous admin or executive support experience
- Ability to travel when required
