About The Role
As our Head of Beverage, you'll be the driving force behind beverage excellence across the Star network - setting the bar and then raising it. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll operate at both a strategic and hands-on level to shape our beverage direction, deliver standout guest experiences, and support our bold growth ambitions.

  • Lead the ideation, creation, and launch of our centralised beverage production kitchen
  • Oversee beverage operations, ensuring quality, consistency, safety, and exceptional guest experience across all regions
  • Drive innovation in menu development, drink concepts, and operational process improvement
  • Strengthen leadership cohesion as a key member of the Senior Operations Team
  • Champion health, safety, compliance, and licensing across all beverage channels
