WalkMe Consultant – SAP Experience:

Job Summary

VISEO is seeking a skilled and proactive WalkMe Consultant with strong SAP experience to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of digital adoption strategies across our customers' SAP Upgrade Programs, scheduled to go live in 2026 and 2027. This role will be instrumental in enhancing user experience, streamlining workflows, and driving adoption of SAP modules through WalkMe's Digital Adoption Platform (DAP).

Key Responsibilities

WalkMe Implementation & Optimisation

  • Design, build, and maintain WalkMe solutions (Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, ShoutOuts, etc.) tailored to SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba).
  • Collaborate with business units to identify user pain points and develop WalkMe content that simplifies complex SAP processes.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve client side WalkMe deployments as needed.

Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with SAP functional teams, business analysts, and training departments to align WalkMe initiatives with business goals.
  • Develop and execute digital adoption strategies to improve SAP user engagement and reduce support tickets.
  • Present WalkMe analytics and performance metrics to stakeholders, highlighting ROI and adoption trends.

Technical Integration & Support

  • Ensure seamless integration of WalkMe with SAP environments, including web-based and Fiori interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to WalkMe scripts, browser compatibility, and SAP UI changes.
  • Stay current with WalkMe platform updates and SAP enhancements to ensure compatibility and innovation.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience implementing WalkMe in enterprise environments.
  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, SAP Fiori).
  • Familiarity with SAP user roles, workflows, and common business processes.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customising WalkMe content as needed.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • WalkMe Certified (Builder, Editor, or Admin).
  • Experience with other DAPs or user experience platforms.
  • Background in change management or digital transformation.
  • Experience in training or instructional design.
