About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Foreman, who is a New Zealand qualified carpenter, to join a well-established team based in Wanaka. This is a temporary position with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right person. Ideal for someone who can confidently lead a crew, manage workflows, and ensure smooth operations on site. You'll be working on a range of projects, so adaptability and initiative are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating day-to-day site activities
• Overseeing crew performance and ensuring safety standards are met
• Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and site management
• Ensuring project timelines and quality requirements are maintained
• Reporting progress and any issues directly to senior management

About You:

• NZ Qualified Carpenter
• Previous experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Solid understanding of health & safety practices
• Able to start immediately
